I ordered a water bottle pump off Amazon after discovering that the Coleman shower water pump we had was actually dead. It arrived today. Tested it briefly and so far works rather well, better than I expected. It takes only 2 D cell batteries. There's an on/off switch on the top. Turn it on and hands-free pumping. I think it will be a suitable substitute at events as a kitchen faucet.
